Refund Policy

RETURNS, EXCHANGE & REFUND



All products are eligible for returns and exchange. After creating return request our courier partner's team will come at your given address for a pickup within 2-4 business days.

 After the successful product pick up, the amount will be refunded to your bank account within 3 - 8 business days.

1) In case I return the products, will the COD/Shipping charges be credited back?




No. These are non-refundable costs that apply each time an order is placed.



 

2) My product has been picked up for return but I have not got my refund yet.



If it has been 4-8 days since the order has been picked by our courier partner and if the refund isn't reflecting in your bank account, please email us at Namaskaram@dyogiq.com

3) I have created a exchange request. When will the product be picked up?




Within three business days of receiving this request, a member of our courier partner's team will arrive at the address for pickup. For the product(s) to be approved, please make sure the product(s) and tags are both intact.
 


4) When will I get my exchanged product delivered?



After the returned product has been picked up from your end, your exchange product will be delivered from our warehouse. Orders are normally delivered in 1-4 business days in metro areas and 4-7 business days in rest of the country once they have been shipped. Depending on the shipping address and other circumstances, delivery times may vary (public holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc.).
 


5) I have created a return request. When will the product be picked up?  

 
Within 2-4 business days of receiving this request, a member of the courier partner's team will come at the address for a pickup. After the product is picked up, the complete amount will be refunded to your bank account within 3-8 days Please ensure the product(s) and the tags are intact on the product(s) for it to be accepted.




6) Do I incur any extra charges when exchange request of my order is placed?

No, we do not charge any fee for exchange request.
