1) Can I modify the shipping address of my order before it has been shipped?
 
Sorry, but it isn't possible right now because the system would have already passed your phone number and address to our warehouse for further processing your order. But, you have the option to cancel your order before it is packed and place a new one. There is no cancellation fees charged.
 
 2) How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
 
Orders are normally delivered in 1-5 business days in metro areas and 4-7 business days in rest of the country once sent. Depending on the shipping address and other circumstances, delivery times may vary (public holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc.).
 
3) Are there any additional shipping charges?
 
We provide FREE shipping for all orders in India.
 
4) How do I track my order?
 
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, an SMS/email will be sent with a link to track your order.
 
5) What if my order is undelivered?
 
If our courier partners are unable to deliver the product and return it to us for prepaid orders, we will begin a refund to your bank account, which will appear within 4 - 7 days of initiation
